Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
