Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Franklin County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
