Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in Owen County, Kentucky. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools On the job you will handle: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
