Pressman wanted in Stoke-on-Trent

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Stoke-on-Trent, England. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; give each garment a final press before packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine We offer £2,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
