Great opportunity: we are hiring a metal caster in Stone County, Arkansas. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
