Flat roof installer wanted in Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Washington County, Colorado. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. You will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A good head for heights and steady balance Performance bonus on top of base pay.
