Demolition labourer • Warren County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Warren County, Illinois. You will be based on a residential housing site. The role involves fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Meals and transport allowance provided.
