Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Bourbon County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
