Fabrication workshop technician • Wallace County, Kansas

Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Wallace County, Kansas. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. You will cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
