Cold room technician — Cumberland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Cumberland County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
