Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Okmulgee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
