Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Lake County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot You will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
