Urgent requirement: banquet server (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Amador County, California. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
