Fry cook wanted in York County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in York County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
