Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
