Now hiring: we are hiring a production operative in Davidson County, Tennessee. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels On the job you will handle: • Assemble components according to the work order • Apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
