What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
