Urgent requirement: banksman (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Gilmer County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Confident with standard crane hand signals At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
