Bodywork technician • Carroll County, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Carroll County, Virginia. You will be based in a collision repair centre. On a typical shift you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
