On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
