Great opportunity: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in San Juan County, Washington. Your main tasks: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
