Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Kalkaska County, Michigan. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Full-time with occasional weekends.
