The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer $140 per day plus benefits.
