Quality checker wanted in Midland County

Join our team: we are hiring a quality checker in Midland County, Michigan. You will be based at a food processing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
