Oven operator wanted in Akoko North East

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Akoko North East, Ondo State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
