Now hiring: powder coating sprayer (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Van Buren County, Michigan. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 5+ years on the tools preferred.
