Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Cross County, Arkansas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
