We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Cass County, Iowa. You will work at a garment factory. The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
