Now hiring: bricklayer (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Harper County, Kansas. The job is on a busy housing site. The role involves: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
