Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
