Refrigeration field service technician — Gem County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Gem County, Idaho. The job is in an HVAC service company. The role involves: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
