Glass fitter — Starke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass fitter in Starke County, Indiana. You will work at a busy glazing workshop. On a typical shift you will handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts. What we are looking for: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Rotating shifts.
