Hand presser — Navajo County

Join our team: we are hiring a hand presser in Navajo County, Arizona. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets The role involves: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
