Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Sumaila, Kano State. The job is on a high-rise façade. The role involves wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
