Floor care technician — Spotsylvania County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a floor care technician in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The job is at a school or college. What we are looking for: • Fit to stand, bend and lift throughout long shifts • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts The role involves: • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine • Mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets • Spot-clean carpets and lift stains • Clean internal glass, mirrors and partitions streak-free • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings • Mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
