Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Person County, North Carolina. You will be based in a tool room. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
