Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Your main tasks: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
