Urgent requirement: gtaw welder (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Sierra County, California. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On a typical shift you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
