Day to day you will log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; carry out turndown service in the evening.
