We are recruiting: powder coater (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Catawba County, North Carolina. You will work on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper.
