Day to day you will plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point. Ideal candidate: • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
