CNC machine operator — Cheshire West and Chester

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Cheshire West and Chester, England. On a typical shift you will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; set up and start the machine as per the job card; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper. You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
