Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Jefferson County, New York. The job is at a busy restaurant. Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Meals and transport allowance provided.
