Elevator repair technician — Hillsborough County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Hillsborough County, Florida. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring On a typical shift you will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
