The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
