Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Ikwuano

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Ikwuano, Abia State. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Requirements: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Day to day you will tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
