Trainee butcher — Santa Cruz County

Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
