Site safety steward • Polk County, Wisconsin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Polk County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy construction site. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day-to-day duties: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
