Powder spray gun operator — Garrett County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Garrett County, Maryland. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 5+ years on the tools preferred.
