Join our team: cake decorator (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The job is at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
